My Approach

I offer a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, to understand what is going on for you to find a way forward. My training as an integrative psychotherapist informs my practice, to see each person as a mindful, relating, physical and soulful being. Together we look at your strengths or qualities, to allow you to examine yourself with a view to change.

About Me

I am an experienced psychotherapist, and I work with individuals and couples in private practice in Hove and online. I specialise in anxiety, attachment, bereavement, couples work, crisis, depression, relationships, self esteem, stress and spiritual growth. I work both short term and long term according to a person's need.

I charge £60 for an individual session and £70 for a couples counelling session. Sessions are 50 minutes.

My therapy room in Hove is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
