I am motivated by a lifelong curiosity in people and their capacity to develop. I believe that the relationship between therapist and patient can be a vehicle for growth. I have worked with addiction, relationship and sexual issues, depression/anxiety and loss, as well as dealing with anger and violence. I have an honorary PhD from City University London, an MA, a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s College and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am UKCP Registered and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), which is the largest professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in the UK. I am bound by the ethics and standards of both organisations. I began my training at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and completed the Foundation Course and Introductory Lectures at the Institute of Psychoanalysis.
As well as face to face therapy, I am happy to work online using FaceTime, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
