About Me

Registered with UKCP for a number of years I have a long and wide experience in helping people experiencing distress.
I practice near Kingston upon Thames and Teddington. I examine for Metanoia Institute and supervise experienced professionals.

My Approach

Over time I have closely witnessed how acutely people can suffer and how diminished their lives feel as a result. Post Covid that suffering has increased as a result of the unfolding societal challenges we are facing. My approach is warm and clear.
Supervision:
My frame is grounded in TA and significantly influenced by transference based psychotherapy, Fonagy and Bates Mentalisation therapy and existential philosophy. I see experienced therapists and therapists enrolled on training programs.
