I am a consultant Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working with adults, children and young people. This is in private practice and a variety of multi-disciplinary mental health settings. I am a UKCP registered integrative Psychotherapist.

- Direct therapy –This is underpinned by evidence-based interventions such as psychodynamic, systemic, Dyadic developmental practice and neuroscience thinking.
- Training & Consultation – Devise & deliver training across the country on mental health & complex trauma
- Reflective practice – Using creative evidenced based interventions to allow reflective practice
