About Me

In private practice delivering brief, short and long term face to face individual therapy.
I am also a clinical supervisor.

My core training is Transactional Analysis and I use an integrative relational approach.

I am guided by my clients needs and tailor the therapy using a variety of therapeutic approaches including, person centred, gestalt therapy, guided imagery, creative methods including sand tray therapy.

I have a special interest in cultural diversity and the affect of ancestry on peoples way of being.

I have experience of working with, sleeping problems, procrastination, eating disorders, lack of self esteem, financial worries, social anxiety, general anxiety, bereavement, loss and grief, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, disabilities, work related issues.
