My Approach

I use a systemic approach in my work with children, families and adults. I also supervise individuals, teams and consult with organisations that wish to develop systemic ways of working.

As a social enterprise organisation, Mustard Seed, reinvest profit to provide free and reduced cost services. We also partner with statutory and voluntary organisations to provide mental health services through tenders and grant funding.

About Me

I am a qualified Nursery Nurse, Social Worker and Systemic Psychotherapist / Supervisor with over 40 years of experience of working with children and families in various settings. I am a Christian Minister and also offer faith based psychotherapy for those who request this.

I am the founding Company Director of a Social Enterprise, Mustard Seed Asociates CIC, that offering private counselling, psychotheray and practice manaagement services. We also offer training and group work to registered organisations. I am a verifed practitioner for many health insurance companies.

I have held positions in senior management within the local authority and voluntary organizations and have practiced independently alongside this for several years. I am a specialist CAMHS practitioner and independent Doctoral researcher with books and articles in publication.
