You might be struggling with something difficult in your life in the here and now, such as the loss of a loved one, or a relationship breakdown. Or maybe you feel trapped in a cycle of repeated disappointments with partners, friends and careers and don’t know why. Perhaps you’re aware of vague, ongoing feelings of sadness, anxiety or anger.
Whether you know what the problem is, or even if you don’t, therapy can help. It’s an opportunity to explore yourself; to examine feelings, thoughts and motivations and gain understanding - the first step towards navigating a different, happier course.
The therapy world can feel mysterious. A previous career outside the profession helps keep my feet on the ground and in touch with the world outside psychotherapy where problems are not just theoretical. You’ll find me reliably compassionate and understanding of you and life’s struggles.
I have a Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy as well as a diploma. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies.
