My intention is to provide a confidential and accessible psychological intervention at an affordable rate. I integrate various theoretical approaches. My training was influenced by the psychoanalytical and transpersonal theories. I also like to integrate the findings in neuropsychology and relational psychology.
I am an UKCP accredited therapist since 2003 with over 25 years of experience as an individual therapist and group and individual supervisor. Alongside my private practice, since 1994, I run the Richmond Counselling and Psychotherapy Service. I believe that therapy is a space where you have an opportunity to explore your concerns in confidence and at your pace. My approach integrates concepts from analytic, behavioural and transpersonal psychology. I attend supervision regularly as to monitor and explore how best to help my clients. I work hourly. I trained with the Centre for Transpersonal Psychology. And attend various lectures and courses regularly.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
