About Me

I am an Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Supervisor and work with individuals and groups in person and via video platform Zoom calls. I have been working with adult clients for over 30 years and are passionate about emotional wellbeing and mental health. My specialist experience is offering psychological interventions for clients, who experience mild to severe Anxiety and Depression, Relationship Problems and Self Esteem, linked to recent and past trauma, including abuse. For me it is important to facilitate a safe, confidential environment to support you to explore past and present life, to address the causes of your psychological problems, reduce symptoms by learning helpful coping strategies, resulting in you enjoying life again and living more fully.
