My Approach

I am a senior systemic couple and family therapist currently working both in the NHS and privately. I have over twenty years experience which allows me to draw on a wide ange of approaches to help families communicate more easily and more compassionately.

I promote a collaborative and respectful environment which helps families listen and talk together in order to faciliate more understanding. Through better understanding and empathy a family or couple can work together to begin the process of change.

About Me

I am a senior specialist systemic therapist who works and teaches at the Tavistock , which is world-renowned for the treatment of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as a prestigious training institution .
I have twenty years experience of working in a variety of settings with children, families and couples.

I have a special interest in working with couples and with LGBT families and young people and have additional trainings in supervision and mentalzation- based family therapy.
