About Me

Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy College (HIPC)
I'm an Integrative psychotherapist and trained at Metanoia Institute, London where I gained an MSc. Integrative Psychotherapy (2014). I also hold a BSc.(Hons) Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London (2007) and am a graduate member of the British Psychological society.
My approach is humanistic, flexible and relational and I'm experienced in working with people who bring a wide range of issues to therapy. I'm also trained as a bereavement counsellor and particularly skilled and experienced in this field, this includes working with those who suffered a traumatic bereavement such as a suicide, accident or sudden death.
