Background in social work ,before training in psychotherapy and supervision , long time interest in creative arts ,poetry , drama , visual arts and the use of mind , body and heart in psychotherapeutic approaches , practices yoga and enjoys Qi Gong , the crossover places continue to interest , spirituality and West/East understanding and is a keen Book Group member
