About Me

My professional journey began in the high-octane world of advertising. But life had other plans. In my 30s, I was diagnosed with M.E.—a debilitating illness that left me profoundly unwell for years. My path to healing led me not just to recovery, but to a new vocation: psychotherapy, which helped me rebuild my life from the inside out. It became my calling.
With over 25 years of experience, I now run a thriving private practice, guiding clients through life's complexities with warmth and insight. I also supervise other psychotherapists and lead workshops for both professionals and the general public.
My journey taught me a powerful truth: that healing and transformation are always possible. I have written a book, to be published in early 2026, called The Seeds of Change, in which I invite readers to explore the possibility of personal growth and share my profound curiosity about the human psyche, as well as my conviction in our innate capacity for transformation.
I trained as a psychotherapist after a life-altering illness. Now a therapist, supervisor, and workshop leader with 25 years’ experience, I bring warmth, insight, and a deep belief in our innate capacity to heal and grow.
