As an integrative psychotherapist I work using a range of approaches, including Jungian ideas. I also offer walking therapy / eco therapy where our discussions take place, and are enriched, by a natural setting in mid-Bedfordshire. Indoors or outside, talking about current difficulties, exploring their origin and the use of dreams, guided imagery and focusing are all helpful ways to explore life.
People come to see me for a variety of reasons. Sometimes there is a specific matter they want to explore. At other times they have a sense of uncertainty or unease about a particular situation or set of circumstances. In all cases I offer a safe and confidential environment in which to explore personal concerns and issues. With experience in both private practice and the NHS, I have helped a wide variety of people regain their confidence and self-esteem. I aim to support you as you look to change your life for the better.
