I am an experienced Systemic and Art Psychotherapist who has worked with a wide range of people with different needs, and in different contexts. My approach is collaborative, acknowledging diversity and difference. I offer a safe, non judgmental & confidential online space in which to explore what you bring at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Influenced by my training in art psychotherapy and systemic family therapy, my practice is eclectic and I utilise tools and methods that are are most helpful for my clients. I am especially influenced by Narrative therapy, my training Eye Movement Desensitisation and therapy (EMDR), and art and Sand tray therapy.
I have special interest and experience of working with clients who have been adopted and those who are care experienced, with blended and step-families, with bereavement and loss and with the LGBTQ+ & trans communities.
Sessions can integrate body techniques, & use of images &/or objects to support process & expression, especially when words are hard to find.
