My Approach

I work collaboratively with clients and offer a safe, non-judgmental & confidential space. Taking in to account the impact on lived embodied experience of structural oppression and inequality, I help clients deconstruct negative thoughts and emotions such as critical voices, hopelessness and despair, and support them to instead create and develop preferred and empowered selves and identities. Sessions can integrate art making and mind-body techniques to help with processing and integration.

I offer sessions online and face-to-face please see my website for details.
