"Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy" is quite a mouthful - what does it mean? Integrative, means integrating various psychotherapeutic approaches to find the one that best suits any given issue, at any time. Transpersonal means 'beyond the personal', i.e. that spirituality matters too! I believe in harnessing the latest developments in neurobiology with the most ancient spiritual wisdom to create lasting change and greater peace.
I'm an individual and couples psychotherapist specialising in relationship difficulties. Other areas of expertise include addiction and eating disorders, anxiety, depression and healing from narcissistic abuse / coercive control. I also happen to identify as non-heterosexual, which may or may not be important to you when choosing a therapist, but is probably still worth mentioning! I'm passionate about the arts, and creativity as a means of self-expression and healing.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
