I offer a steady, reflective space where you can explore what is troubling you now and understand the roots of longstanding emotional patterns. Therapy is collaborative, paced gently and grounded in depth and attunement.
I am a UKCP registered Integrative psychotherapist offering warm, thoughtful and relational therapy for adults. My work focuses on attachment, early relationships and the ways these patterns shape our emotional lives. I also draw on a biopsychosocial view, considering how your nervous system, personal history and environment all influence your wellbeing.
I support clients with anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief and life transitions, as well as adults who have received an autism or ADHD diagnosis later in life.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
