UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
I offer a safe confidential environment to collaboratively explore any issues and difficulties you may be experiencing.
These might include unhappy feelings; feelings of anxiety or depression; loss and bereavement; difficulties and/or confusion with current relationships; understanding and managing traumatic events, looking for meaning in life; or challenges in other areas of life such as identity, studies/work, addiction or parenting.
I draw on a range of psychotherapeutic traditions (humanistic, psychodynamic and CBT) in a form that can suit each individual need and consider a good therapeutic relationship as central to my practice. I have 8 years of working with people from a diverse backgrounds. I have a specialist interest working with individuals who had challenges around a negative boarding school experience. My doctoral research is on the boarding school experience.
How it would work: We would start with an initial free 20-minute consultation session on the phone which allows us to determine whether or not we could work effectively together.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist experienced in working both long and short-term in a one-to-one setting with adults faced with a wide range of life challenges and traumatic experiences.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
