The relationship we co-create acts as a foundation for healing. I provide a safe space for you to share your story and for us to explore it without judgement. I work with empathy and compassion, and I believe that the connection we make can be supportive and healing.
I work integratively, which means I have a range of psychotherapy theories available to me. I draw mainly on relational humanistic theories, with my client at the centre of my work, and I work in a way which is sensitive to your life experience.
I work with my clients holistically, and pay attention to physical communications as well as emotional ones.
I work from a calm therapy room in central Devizes, and online using zoom. Our sessions will be for 50 minutes, every week.

I am a warm and compassionate therapist, working face to face and online in Devizes, Wiltshire. I am a warm and compassionate Integrative Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, working in Devizes, North Wiltshire and online. I work individually with adults.
I am able to work both short term and long term and I am experienced in working at depth over longer periods, with clients who have long standing concerns to work through.
I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, issues of identity, family concerns, and issues with relationships. I am also experienced in working with clients who have experienced adverse life events.
I have worked with clients since 2018, and hold diplomas in Integrative Psychotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Metanoia Institute, and an MSc from Middlesex University. I am also a member of UKCP.
I also bring experience of working in a corporate environment, and of primary education.
