Consistent with all healing from the beginning of time; the essential key to therapy is to be seen and heard.
Style, approach and method is brought together to best meet the needs of the client, communication and issues. It can range from abuse and trauma to coming to terms with neurodiversity in order to live a more contented full life; physically, emotionally and spiritually. Therapy is co-created within the therapy setting. The journey allows the client to express and explore what's going on for them now and in the past and where we can, address these issues through various methods. With the aim of being able to live as a fulfilling, authentic, creative and contented life as possible.
I have been a therapist for over 35yrs and offer long and short term integrative and transpersonal psychotherapy and supervision. I am the Mindfulness lead at the University of Kent and have run courses for over 15yrs for individuals and groups. I teach on adult and adolescent psychotherapy and counselling courses. I am a published author of 2 books about Mindfulness and Stress. I also run a variety of weekend workshops.
