My Approach

My approach is integrative and rooted in psychodynamic and relationtional psychotherapy and attachemnt theory. Over the years, I have also incorporated elements from mindfulness, body psychotherapy, art psychotherapies and cognitive-behavioural techniques.

About Me

Hello, I'm Lila, an Integrative psychotherapist and counsellor practising in south-east London and online. My aim is to help you make sense of your difficulties and find ways of overcoming them or managing them better and ultimately, to help empower you to make the changes that you want, in order to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. I have over 10 years of professional experience, which includes work withing the NHS, charity and private sectors with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of issues.
Embarking on a therapeutic journey is not easy and requires commitment and courage. But it can also be rewarding and even life-changing. I am here to accompany you in that process.
