About Me

Offering short term and long term counselling for individuals and couples. I provide a space in which issues can be explored together to move towards a greater acceptance of yourself, gain new perspectives and change unhelpful patterns.
My approach is integrative, which means that I individualise my work with you using several theoretical models to fit your needs. I provide a safe space where we can explore, together, your needs. I work confidentially adhering to UKCP and BACP code of ethics. I also work with EAP (Employment Assistance Programmes).
