Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where I provide a supportive environment where the attention and focus is on you and where you are encouraged to speak about and to connect with what's troubling you. I'm aware emotions and thoughts can feel painful and talking about these seem risky but people can experience relief in doing so. Each therapy is different and each outcome may vary but clients often rediscover vital aspects of themselves, more enjoyment of life and new ways forward with their challenges .
I am a Psychotherapist with 14 years experience working therapeutically with people at different stages of life. As well as working as a private therapist I have supported and continue to support patients in NHS settings in London assessing the needs of a wide range of people and offering support at challenging moments of their lives.
Some people seek support when feeling overwhelmed, lost, stressed or under pressure because a life event they need to navigate. For others, they are stuck and restricted by thoughts and emotional reactions towards themselves and others and want to talk about their lives with a professional. Whatever the issue, you are welcome to contact me and we can consider together if this is the right form of help for you or If I am the right therapist. Sometimes a phone call first can help. I am offering sessions online currently and offer sessions over a short or longer term period.
