My Approach

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and couples sessions are 60 minutes - generally scheduled for the same day / time each week. Fees from £70 for individuals and £100 for couples.

I offer a one off 'Initial Consultation' without obligation. This gives you the opportunity to help me to understand a little about your current situation, hopes for therapy and most importantly, for you to have an experience of what it might be like for us to meet regularly to work together.

I offer time limited and open ended work and work in person, by Zoom and by telephone.

About Me

I work with individuals and couples and provide supervision for other therapists. In addition to private practice I volunteer at a low-cost therapy service and have previously volunteered for ChildLine and Cruse Bereavement Care.
