We may all go through periods in our life when we experience feeling 'stuck' or having difficulties. This can show itself in many ways including feelings of anxiety, relationship difficulties, low mood, problems at work etc. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space to explore and work through these challenges together.
I am a qualified and UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist with over 12 years clinical experience. Having an integrative approach means that I draw on a variety of different theoretical and clinical ideas. This allows me to work in a flexible and collaborative way, developing an approach that best supports you as an individual. The relationship we establish is fundamental to the work we do and can offer important insights about other relationships in your life.
As well as working in private practice, I also worked as a psychotherapist in an NHS personality disorder service in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire for 8 years. I have previously worked as a therapist in the university and charity sectors.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
