My Approach

Welcome to my profile. I'm a qualified psychotherapist practising in Central London and online. I help clients facing problems and life challenges to heal, grow and transform. My goal is to enable others to access their inner wisdom and live with a renewed sense of purpose, conviction and authenticity.

About Me

I use an integrative, transpersonal and depth psychology approach to explore the root cause of issues and make the unconscious conscious. Together, we will work through material to process experiences, emotions, interpersonal relationships, and life patterns to build self-awareness, uncover what is going on under the surface and make lasting, positive changes.

Therapy is a safe space to talk about your problems with a trained professional that may be hard to discuss elsewhere. Sharing your history and feelings with someone is deeply personal and takes courage. This will be responded to with compassion, kindness, and without judgment.

I welcome clients from all walks of life to my practice. I specialise in grief and clients who are the adult children of narcissistic parents. I have a particular affinity for working with creative types and deep thinkers such as artists, musicians and writers. My experience as a bereavement counsellor has given me confidence and achievement in working with male senior citizens of which I consider to be some of my best transformational therapeutic work.

Appointments are available Mon - Thurs in Islington, Paddington and Online.

Sessions are 50 mins and take place weekly in-person, online or by telephone. I offer both short and long-term therapy.

My standard fee is £80 a session. If you feel you would like to be considered for a concessionary fee, please don't hesitate to contact me for more information.
