Beyond talking therapy, I also offer creative ways to explore emotions, such as sand tray therapy, miniatures, metaphors, drawing, and diagrams— offering clients expressive, non-verbal ways to explore their experiences
I am a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist. I am deeply relational in the way I work, where I place importance on building a strong and trusting relationship with my clients. I tailor the therapy to your way of thinking, feeling, and communicating, ensuring a supportive, non-judgemental and inclusive experience is formed that enables the healing and change that is being sought. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, with a genuine commitment to meeting you where you are.
My clinical practice is trauma-informed, that focuses on the whole person and what happened to you. I have extensive experience in working with PTSD, medical trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress/burnout, relational conflicts and life transitions. It's also been a pleasure to support and work alongside many trainee therapists on their journey toward qualification.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
