What informs my practice is Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Systemic thinking.
I completed my Psychotherapy Training in 2001 and have been registered with UKCP since then.
I became a Recognised Supervisor with UKCP in 2017.
I have been in Private Practice since 2005, simultaneously working for Women's Aid for 8 years and in Primary Care for 5 years.
After completing a Systemic Skills Training with the NHS, I continued to work at Basildon Mental Health Hospital in Secondary Care, as part of the Systemic Family Therapy Team for 7 years.
I have Supervision experience with Rape Crisis for over 7 years.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
