My approach is embodied, relational and ecological, exploring your arising experience in the moment. In that moment we find all your history from conception to present day, ancestral trauma and cultural conditioning. We can access that through the body, movement, contact or through dreams, drawing and the imaginal realms. Following your process through the body we will find our way to deeper and more subtly aspects of your self, your condition and the beliefs you have about yourself and the world around you.
The skills learned not only help us to release and work with our histories, they are skills that we can take with us into the future to support us in our ongoing journey.
I also love to work outdoors, working with the other than human and the more than human as my co facilitator, in a process of enquiry with clients. This work is especially magical in understanding both our interconnectedness and the inherent wisdom all around us.
I am a Human Ecologist and Core Process Psychotherapist with over 18 years of practice. I live in St leonards and work from a room in my garden or online.
I also have trained as a wild therapist, allowing me to take the work outdoors and into nature. I am facilitator of the Wild Therapy One Year Taining, and I'm particularly passionate about this aspect of my work.
