Psychodrama is a powerful form of psychotherapy and I adapt my approach to meet your needs. I am comfortable offering talking therapy which pays attention to the non-verbal and the wisdom of the body. Where words are not enough and you would prefer an embodied approach, I can employ creative action to deepen your connection with yourself and others.
I offer all new potential clients a free telephone consultation to hear more about your needs and to say more about how I work. This is an opportunity to see if we'd be a good fit for each other and to establish availability.
I completed a Certificate in Creative Supervision prior to going on maternity leave, I offer individual supervision face to face and online. I currently run a monthly in person supervision group using creative action methods on Tuesday in Pollok Park
I have experience working with people affected by trauma and abuse as well as adults with a range of mental health difficulties. I work with clients in a creative and gentle way to build trust and understanding. I am an empathetic, enthusiastic and intuitive practitioner who will work at your pace to identify and explore your issues.
You may be looking to understand a relationship pattern or explore something that has happened in your life. You may feel stuck or need to make a change. You may want try something new or practise setting boundaries. You may need to do something that is just for you. Whatever has brought you to therapy, I offer my clients an experience of co-creative therapy in that I will work alongside you to identify your needs and facilitate what needs to happen. We can bring out your internal world and experience it from a different perspective to facilitate catharsis, self expression, self understanding and insight.
