My Approach

I endeavour to cultivate an open, curious and welcoming environment. I believe strongly that no two people are the same, and that the therapeutic process should reflect this by being creative and collaborative, naturally shifting and taking form over time. Bringing curiosity, acceptance and awareness to what contributes to how we think, feel and behave can give us greater freedom to choose differently in how we respond to what happens within and around us. Together, we can observe how we might be more spacious and flexible around our definitions of the 'problems' we face, and the 'solutions' we determine to be required.

About Me

With eight years' experience as an integrative psychotherapist, I offer a creative, collaborative space that welcomes difference and evolves naturally. Drawing on psychodynamic, relational, and humanistic approaches, I balance insight with the immediate, felt experience of being heard and cared for.
