My Approach

There are many reasons to seek psychotherapy. Are you struggling to cope with the death of a loved one? Feeling anxious or in a constant low mood? Are you grappling with thoughts and feelings from your childhood? Or maybe you are not sure why you need to talk to someone.

I facilitate a process where we work together to explore your thoughts, behaviours, and feelings to make meaning in your life and relationships. You could begin to understand how your past experiences or relationships continue to impact your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in the present. By examining and clarifying your assumptions, values, beliefs, and aspirations, you could perhaps take a new direction in your life. Therapy can help develop self-awareness and promote a greater understanding of who you are.

About Me

I’m a down-to-earth female integrative psychotherapist offering a safe, confidential space so you can share your story and explore what is troubling you in life. I work with adults (18+) with a range of concerns such as bereavement, loss, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, existential questions, redundancy, stress, OCD, and relationship difficulties.

I offer in-person therapy near Crystal Palace/Anerley in south east London. I also offer online therapy across the UK.
Originally from the North East, I have lived in London for over 12 years. My former work life was in commercial marketing in the tourism and entertainment sectors.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Masters (MSc) in Integrative Psychotherapy from London's renowned Metanoia Institute. I have over four and a half years of experience and continue to work across the charity sector as a therapist with young people (16-25)

Other training:

Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling- Regent’s University, London.

Training in Loss, Complicated Grief, and Traumatic Bereavement.

I am also a qualified yoga teacher and may incorporate breathing techniques into our sessions to help with anxiety and regulating emotions if this is something that you are interested in.
