I’m a transpersonal, integrative psychotherapist. Transpersonal means I look at the whole of you and integrative means I’m able to draw on many different therapeutic approaches in our work together. My main focus is to be present with you, listen and talk things through and that’s what we’ll spend most of our sessions doing. However, if you’re open to it, and it’s appropriate for you, there are a number of tools I might use such as using visualisations or working with your dreams.
I grew up in Yorkshire but moved to London in my twenties and have lived here ever since. I have spent most of my working career in Human Resources but in my thirties I decided to follow my interest in personal growth and trained as a psychotherapist. I did a four-year course at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) where I attained my post-graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
