My Approach

I am accredited therapist with UKCP, COSRT, and EMDR Europe. I am also an accredited supervisor with UKCP & COSRT. I am able to work with a range of psychological difficulties and take an integrative approach, drawing on different therapeutic models. Most importantly I will endeavour to create a warm and empathic space.
I am currently able to offer online appointments to individuals and couples for short term and long term therapy.

About Me

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist and have been practising since 2000, with nearly 40 years of experience working in healthcare. I first trained as a nurse and went onto work as a Macmillan specialist nurse for several years.
I am currently working in the NHS as a Lead Psychotherapist and Lead for counselling & psychotherapy in Cancer services in University Hospitals Sussex NHS trust.
