I work relationally with individuals towards creating long lasting changes. My approach is agile as we explore challenges which may present as a difficulty in identifying and expressing emotions, feelings of being estranged from needs, or a sense of being stuck.
My particular leaning is towards contemporary psychodynamic practice. I also draw on trauma-informed techniques and existential concepts. I have a longstanding interest in development and the role of neuroscience in understanding interpersonal interactions.
I practice in London, near Old Street and Liverpool Street. Sessions may be conducted in person or online if required.
I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist who works with adults and practices privately in London. I hold an accredited clinical membership with the UKCP and I am also MBACP registered.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
