I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist. I work within the QTIPOC and LGBTQIA communities. I am a Pink Therapy Clinical Associate and Trainer, and I served on the Leadership Group of the Black African and Asian Therapists Network (BAATN), I also have trained as a clinical group and individual supervisor with CSTD. I work with adults children and adolescents using an integrative framework. Intersectional Feminism is also integrated fundamentally into my understanding of the different ways discrimination operates within society and affects the lives of clients structurally and systemically. I have spent many years working within the Black African and Asian communities as a therapist, groupworker and trainer. I have many years of experience working therapeutically within the education sector with young people and families and I trained specifically to work with young people including children and adolescents. I bring my experiences of working in the voluntary and charity sectors to my work with clients and I am comitted to making psychotherapy accessible to a range of people from different communities and economic backgrounds.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
