About Me

Welcome. I see adults, teenagers 16+ and couples at my lovely, comfortable therapy centre situated in Hale Village, close to Altrincham. I do not have a 'one size fits all' approach to your treatment. Each therapeutic relationship is as unique as a fingerprint and I will create, with you, a therapy that works for your personality and the problem(s) that you bring. I am also a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst and offer one to one supervision across all modalities.



That may mean focusing mainly on managing behavioural symptoms or going deeper and 'unpicking' what is at the root of your difficulties. I believe that we cannot truly make long lasting changes without some exploration of childhood and early life experiences. In your sessions, we use the knowledge and understanding of your past to help us to understand how we've come to think, feel and behave as we do now and then to use this new awareness to give us more positive options for the future. I look forward to working with you........
