I am an experienced Integrative Body Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, families and groups. I bring a mind, body and spirit approach to embodied attachment relationships, with attention to the neurobiology of emotional regulation and trauma recovery, supporting personal and relationship evolution and wellbeing.
