Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
I offer a calm and supportive environment in which to explore issues of anxiety and work on ways to alleviate the symptoms.
I work with couples to assist in identifying issues within the relationship and to offer support and ways in which to better communicate.
