I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. My therapeutic style is informed by relational psychodynamic and existential/phenomenological approaches. I have completed five years of professional training at Regent's University, qualifying in 2011.
I have since completed additional trainings to qualify as a trauma therapist and a clinical supervisor.
Since qualifying I have completed 10+ years of varied experience. My main areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem and trauma. My therapeutic style is warm and empathic whilst at the same time offering plenty of challenge.
I offer prospective clients the opportunity to have an initial free chat on Zoom to discuss further reasons for seeking therapy and for me to address any questions about therapy and my professional practice.
My consulting room is a short walk from Clapham Junction Station.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
