About Me

I am a qualified and experienced Cognitive Analytic Psychotherapist. I am interested in trying to understand the difficulties that you are struggling with in the context of your early development and life history. I work creatively and collaboratively to try and gain a more helpful understanding of your current struggles in order to find alternative and more engaging ways of living your life.
Over the past 20 years I have worked in NHS mental health services to include Psychology and Psychotherapy Services in Community Mental Health Services, in Forensic Mental Health Services, Acute Psychiatric Services, Therapeutic Communities and specialist services for people with Personality Disorders and with Eating Disorders. More recently I have worked in Private Practice as a Psychotherapist and a Supervisor.
My website will offer you more information on my past experience, areas of expertise, my approach to collaborative and integrative work in psychotherapy and what you might expect from embarking on psychotherapy .
