Whatever may be bringing you to therapy, my aim is to support you in finding your way to a more fulfilling life.
I am qualified and experienced in Integrative Relational Psychotherapy, which allows me to flexibly draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including Humanistic, contemporary Psychodynamic and Attachment Theory based approaches. This means we can find the best way of meeting your needs, personality and background.
My approach is to develop an authentic and trusting connection between us, where we can explore and address what is bringing you to therapy with care and curiosity, and gentle challenge when needed. My aim is to do this thoughtfully and always in service of your therapeutic process.
The relationship we build is central to why therapy can be a transformative experience. I am invested in working collaboratively and creatively with you so we can look with compassion and honesty at patterns, relationships and experiences in your life that may be causing you distress, or no longer working for you.
I welcome and enjoy working with people from different walks of life. I respect and value your unique background, being mindful of your personal history, culture, gender, age, religion, sexuality and the beliefs and values you may hold.
I offer both open-ended as well as short-term therapy (up to 12 sessions), depending on your needs and the things you would like to work on and explore.
