My work focuses on trauma, attachment, nervous-system patterns and the ways earlier experience can continue to shape present-day reactions.
I draw on Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, body-based trauma and attachment work, and integrative psychotherapy. My approach is practical, down-to-earth, careful and collaborative. It pays attention to the body, emotions, relationships, behaviour and the patterns that can be difficult to shift through insight or effort alone.
I work particularly well with people who are more used to thinking, analysing or coping than feeling. The aim is not simply to understand patterns intellectually, but to create meaningful change in how you relate to yourself, other people and your life.

I am a UKCP-accredited and BACP-registered online psychotherapist, Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and Approved Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) Practitioner.
I work with highly driven professionals, entrepreneurs and people in demanding roles who may be functioning well externally while privately feeling tense, stuck, burnt out, emotionally shut down, or caught in patterns they understand clearly but cannot seem to change.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, analytical and used to holding things together. They may be dealing with pressure, perfectionism, anxiety, shame, relationship difficulties, burnout, or a sense that something does not feel right despite outward success.
I spent many years working from Harley Street and Mayfair, London W1, and now work exclusively online via Zoom with clients in London, across the UK, Europe and internationally.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
