My Approach

I am registered as an integrative psychotherapist, psychoanalytic psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. I am also an experienced facilitator of reflective practice groups for multidisciplinary professionals working in health and social care.

About Me

I worked for many years in statutory mental health and community forensic teams in London and Northern Ireland before transitioning into private practice as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. I have completed MSc degrees in Integrative Psychotherapy, Clinical and Theoretical Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Forensic Mental Health. I also completed a PhD in Psychoanalytic Studies that focused upon the neglected role of heterodox spiritualities in the formation of psychoanalysis, a revised version of which was subsequently published as a book.
