I offer in-person individual and group therapy. My theoretical framework is psychodynamic, drawing on psychoanalytic thinking and developmental and attachment theory. My practice is relational, recognising that our interconnectedness at all levels is the key agent for change.
I am a therapist and clinical supervisor. I have over 30 years of experience working therapeutically with young people and with adults in educational settings, the voluntary sector and in private practice. I offer in-person individual and group therapy. I offer supervision and reflective practice in-person and online. As a qualified and experienced Group Analyst, I have a strong commitment to the therapeutic application of groups.
Please get in touch with any therapy, supervision or reflective practice enquiries, and we can think together about what might be most useful for you.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
