UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
My practice focuses on offering a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Understanding your unique experience of the world will be the starting point on which to build a relationship together where we can develop understanding, awareness and insight into whatever difficulties you are experiencing.
Finding a therapist who you feel you can trust and open up may feel daunting and I therefore offer a free telephone consultation if you feel unsure of pursuing things right now. During this initial telephone call, you can ask any questions you may have and we can discuss what a therapy session may look like to help you decide if I feel like the right fit for you. If you then need to think things over, that’s fine too.
I currently have availability on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays either face-to-face, online or via telephone sessions so please feel free to get in touch to book a session or a chat.
I am an experienced Person-Centred Psychotherapist (MSc) who is fully qualified and accredited with UKCP. I offer short, medium and long term therapy for adults.
I have experience of working with many issues which are listed below within the special interest section on this page.
As well as private practice, I have worked as a Psychotherapist in the public sector; in the NHS, within a University Student Services setting and a Women’s Charity.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
