About Me

I am a qualified Systemic Psychotherapist with many years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have a background in social work and experience in CAMHS; working with adopters and in using evidence based parenting interventions, including working with the families of violent and aggressive young people. I work with a broad range of clients and offer individual, couple and family therapy. I have a special interest in adoption and child to parent violence and abuse and currently work part time for Partnership Projects UK as a Senior Clinician, Trainer and Supervisor specialising in NVR parent therapy, alongside having a private therapy practice.

I practice from my home in the Whitchurch area of Cardiff where I offer a comfortable and empathic space and time to reflect on issues which may be affecting daily living. I also offer online sessions and supervision for therapists.
