About Me

I am a qualified Systemic Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have a background in CAMHS; working with adopters and in using evidence based parenting interventions, including working with the families of violent and aggressive young people. I work with a broad range of clients and offer individual, couple and family therapy.

I practise from my home in the Whitchurch area of Cardiff where I offer a comfortable and empathic space and time to reflect on issues which may be affecting daily living. I also work in collaboration with 2 other systemic therapists as 'Reflect Therapy and Counselling Services' and we have a website which can provide more information.

Sessions last 1 hour and cost £40 for individuals, £45 for couples and £55 for families
