My Approach

I’m trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist and seek to work with you through present challenges and difficulties you face. This might involve your past and it might impact your future. I’m willing to explore whatever you feel you want and need in this moment.
I also offer 'Walk & Talk Psychotherapy' for those who would prefer to be outside in the open air.

About Me

I have been supporting individuals for a number of years working with different counselling centres in the West Midlands including: St. Martin’s Counselling & Psychotherapy Centre in Central Birmingham, The What Centre in Stourbridge and Dudley Counselling Centre. Over the years I have supported adults, young people and children in long, medium- and short-term counselling.
