Relational stance. Cognitive Analytic Psychotherapy/Group Analytic.
Having studied Philosophy as an undergraduate, Jay feels drawn to a philosophical and existential appreciation of the nature of our Being and how some of the ideas found there, connect with relational psychoanalytic approaches to our understanding of self, others and the world.
