I have an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, which is a rigorous training combining 7 art forms with in-depth psychological theory.
I specialise in working therapeutically with the arts, mindfulness and polyvagal theory. Trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction and relationship issues are just some of the themes I work with regularly.
